There are not enough words to describe this girl. I waited for over two years for a second Stuart puppy, and it was well worth the wait! Flutter is everything I ever wanted in a Sheltie: high herding drive, biddable, represents the breed standard, and an awesome temperament -- best of all she's passing all this along to her puppies and grand puppies.

When Flutter is herding, you would never know that she is only 13" -- she takes command of her stock and has a great, natural working style. She has taught me so much about herding, and how to help dogs work in their natural style. Flutter finished her AKC and AHBA Herding Championships, with all of her points coming from sheep. Flutter can work all stock, even with her size, she had the strength to move cattle.

Flutter was the ASSA National Herding High in Trial winner on sheep in 2003, and that same honor was earned by her daughter Fiver in 2009. Flutter was ranked as the #2 Sheltie in 2003 and 2005 and has earned multiple High in Trial and Reserve High in Trial awards.

But most of all...
The job that Flutter loves most is being a Mom and Grandma. She is the best mom and all her puppies grow up with a lot of their mother's traits. She is the foundation to my line and I owe her so much! There is no way to keep up with the number of titles that Flutter's puppies and grand puppies have achieved. Across the country, you can find Flutter children and grandchildren working in AKC herding, agility, obedience, rand rally, and many others competing in APDT rally, NADAC, USDAA and CPE agility, AHBA and ASCA herding, and disc dog competitions. She has several kids who are working on or have achieved MACHs and HChs, as well as kids showing in Conformation -- and some are doing all of the above!
