Cloud
is my dream puppy - he is out of the first litter I have
bred. When I held him right after
he was born, I knew that he was mine and would do great
things - and he has not let me down yet!
Cloud is has a beautiful front assembly, giving him the
correct balance and soundness required in a Sheltie, as
well as a correct coat, firm topline, and length of neck.
Cloud is passing his high-herding drive, temperament, and
good looks to his offspring. He has excellent reach and drive giving him clean, effortless movement. Cloud's structure and body, combined with his drive and instinct, allows him to be a true athlete. |
Herding
Cloud's first love is Herding: he is the best all-around stock
dog, and really enjoys farm work. He adapts his herding style
to the stock; gently working the new lambs or striking the
head of a bully sheep. He finished his HCh in style at the
Cleveland Shetland Sheepdog Club's trial in Nova, Ohio. By
no means is he done with herding yet! Cloud has discovered
cattle and has proudly added several cattle titles to his
name.
Agility
Cloud thinks Agility is incredibly fun, but we have only done
limited amounts of it due to him campaigning in Herding. Regardless
of his exposure to it, he always gives 110% and has a ball.

#1 AKC Herding Sheltie (2004, 2007)
In Herding in 2004, Cloud had 7 High In Trials and 1 Reserve High in Trial with eight 1st places, three 2nd places, and
three 3rd places.
Cloud earned his ASCA Working Trial Championship. He is only 1 of 3 dogs who have earned a WTCh and HCh.
