2011 Clinic Dates

The following dates and locations are confirmed for 2011. Clinics fill fast, so it is recommended that if you are interested in obtaining a spot that you contact the appropriate person as quickly as possible. There are plans for additional herding clinics in 2011, and they will be listed as they are confirmed.

Indiana
Located on Tammy's property in Muncie, Indiana. There are no prerequisites for these dates, Tammy is available Friday and Sunday before each clinic for additional lessons.

Michigan
Located in Whitmore Lake, approximately 10 minutes North of the University of Michigan. All new students must attend a Basic clinic (held on a Friday). The Basic clinic will involve a lecture and working portion to familiarize new students with Tammy's methods and basic terminology, and to allow Tammy an opportunity to watch new dog/handler teams work.

2011 ASSA National Specialty -- Missouri
During the week of the 2011 ASSA National Specialty, Tammy will hold a 2 day Sheltie-only clinic for all levels of dogs and handlers and will conduct the instinct testing for the ASSA. Both events will take place at Purina Farms.

Clinic: Monday and Tuesday, April 18-19
The clinic is a Sheltie-only event. It is designed to work with all levels of dogs and handlers -- from dogs who have never worked stock to dogs at the advanced level. The clinic will begin with a 7:30am lecture and each dog will be worked twice a day.
